Service provided

Coverlook is a free, single-user web application that lets one person record a team’s weekly availability and query who is available for a given shift. It is provided at no cost and is not sold. No payment is collected, and no paid tiers or subscriptions exist.

Use of service

You may use Coverlook for any lawful purpose. You are responsible for the data you enter — including the names and availability times of other people — and must have appropriate consent to record this information about others.

You may not use Coverlook to store sensitive personal data (health information, government IDs, financial details, or any data subject to special regulatory protections).

Accounts

Coverlook requires authentication via the shared authentication host at auth.agen2ic.ai. Your account is tied to your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Only one person may use an account; accounts are not shared.

You may delete your data at any time by removing entries in the app. Session tokens expire after 7 days.

Limitation of liability

Coverlook is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Because no payment is collected, your sole remedy is to stop using the service.

Service limitations

Coverlook makes no claim of availability, uptime, or data durability. Data may be lost or irrecoverable. You should maintain your own records (e.g. CSV exports) for critical coordination.

Termination

The operator may terminate or suspend access to Coverlook at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your data may be deleted.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the “Last updated” date will be revised. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

This service is operated from the United States. No governing law or jurisdiction is named until a legal entity is registered.
