No legal entity has been registered yet. This product is operated by Agen2ic, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. No postal address, phone number, or registered agent is published at this time. The operator will supply the entity name, address, and jurisdiction before these terms bind anyone.

What data is collected

When you sign in via the shared authentication host (auth.agen2ic.ai), that service collects your email address and a unique identifier to verify your identity. Coverlook receives and stores the minimum necessary: your email address and a user ID.

As you use Coverlook, we store the data you enter: names of people you add to your roster and their weekly availability times. This data is associated with your account and is accessible only to you.

We use Cloudflare D1 (a SQLite-based database) to store all data. Session tokens are stored as SHA-256 hashes; the raw tokens are not stored.

How data is used

Your data is used only to provide the service: to store and retrieve your roster and to return coverage results when you query a shift. We do not use your data for training, analytics, advertising, or any purpose beyond operating the product.

Data sharing

We do not share your data with third parties. Because the product has no team features and no sharing functionality, your data remains accessible only to you and the platform operators (Cloudflare and Agen2ic, LLC) who host it.

Your rights

You can export your roster as CSV at any time from within the app. You can delete individual people or your entire data by removing entries in the app. You may also sign out, which terminates your session; your data persists until you choose to delete it.

To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact the operator. (See note above: no dedicated support address exists yet. The operator will establish one before processing deletion requests.)

Cookies

Coverlook sets a session cookie when you sign in. This cookie is HttpOnly; Secure; SameSite=Lax and contains a session token required for authentication. No tracking cookies are used. A local storage key (coverlook-theme) stores your theme preference; this is not a tracking mechanism.

Data retention

Your data is retained until you delete it or until 60 days after your last sign-in, after which the data may be purged. Session tokens expire after 7 days.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the “Last updated” date at the top will be revised. Continued use of Coverlook after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
